Santam Specialist Solutions has a career opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Business Change department based in Gauteng. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Specialist Solutions-wide as-is landscape assessment across 10 unique specialist insurance entities. The purpose of the assessment is to understand and document the current state of each entity's operating model, systems, automation levels, document management, and unique operational functionalities to inform strategic decision-making and harmonization opportunities. Key responsibilities include: stakeholder engagement and coordination across all 10 specialist entities, facilitating workshops and working sessions; data collection and analysis including developing data collection tools and analyzing operating models, systems, and processes; documentation and mapping including process maps, system inventories, heatmaps, and maturity assessments; insight generation and recommendations to support future-state definition and roadmap development; and reporting and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders.
