The role involves strong delivery orientation with a proven ability to drive execution against agreed timelines, excellent coordination skills across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams, and managing interdependencies, tracking progress, and escalating risks/issues proactively. The coordinator will engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders, facilitate discussions, resolve blockers, and align parties across business and technical domains. Responsibilities include maintaining integrated plans, tracking milestones, managing critical paths, project reporting, dashboards, and status tracking. The role also requires supporting project administration and governance activities, ensuring adherence to project delivery frameworks and governance standards, and operating in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
